Anniversary of the terrorist attack

Dear Mr. President,
On behalf of the Government of Iceland and myself, I offer you my deepest respects on the anniversary of the terrorist attacks on New York and Washington. I also reiterate that the Government of Iceland solidly supports the fight against terrorism. At this moment, the Icelandic nation shares thoughts of warmth and sympathy with the people of the United States of America because of the horrific events of a year ago.
